Holland & Knight lawyers and staff in Orlando helped pack meals for Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida on 9/11 Day.

Volunteers from Holland & Knight’s Orlando office participated in the city’s 9/11 National Day of Service meal-packing event hosted by 911day.org at the Central Florida Fairgrounds. They joined volunteers from 40 companies to pack over 210,000 meals for Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida.

Each year, Holland & Knight participates in the nationwide 9/11 National Day of Service and Remembrance and encourages the firm’s lawyers and staff to donate time helping their communities. Holland & Knight's support of 9/11 Day is especially meaningful because it honors the legacy of Glenn Winuk, a Holland & Knight partner, volunteer firefighter and EMT who lost his life while helping others at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
